OutCons LTD may collect personally identifiable information, such as your e­mail address, name, physical address or telephone number. If you purchase our Services, we will collect and store your billing and credit card information. OutCons LTD may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is not unique to you, such as your Postal Code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favorites. OutCons LTD will not delete customer information for paying members. However, OutCons LTD reserves the right to delete customer information for members with a free account status at any time.

Information about your computer hardware and software also may be automatically collected by OutCons LTD. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by OutCons LTD for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Services.

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through the Services, this information may be collected and used by others. OutCons LTD encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from our website so that you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. OutCons LTD is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the websites we operate.

Use of your Personal Information

OutCons LTD collects and uses your personal information to operate our websites and deliver the Services you have requested. OutCons LTD may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from OutCons LTD and its affiliates. OutCons LTD may also contact you to participate in surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

OutCons LTD does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. OutCons LTD may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e­mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party without your express consent. In addition, OutCons LTD may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. OutCons LTD may share your information with third parties who perform tasks required to complete a purchase transaction. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these Services, and they are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

OutCons LTD keeps track of the pages our customers visit within our websites in order to determine what Services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within the websites we operate to users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. OutCons LTD uses tracking pixels to collect information that helps us provide our Service to you. Please note that any "do not track" signals sent by your web browser or other mechanism have no effect on the collection of personally identifiable information by OutCons LTD. In addition, other parties who perform data analytics for OutCons LTD, such as Google Analytics, may collect personally identifiable information about your online activities when you use our Services. Third party affiliates of OutCons LTD may have different policies with respect to "do not track" signals and OutCons LTD makes no representations with respect to such policies.

OutCons LTD uses tracking to create remarketing audiences of users based on user behavior/their visits to our website. OutCons LTD may also target these users with custom ads based on affinities/interests, geographic and demographic signals. OutCons LTD only shares browser­level data through third party vendor tracking such as Google Analytics. Users can opt out of these advertising features by visiting Google or resources like the NAI consumer opt­out page. OutCons LTD may use email addresses to target users with custom ads through 3rd party advertising platforms. OutCons LTD shares customer information with third parties to perform services (advertising) on our behalf.

OutCons LTD may disclose personal information when we are required to or we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law (e.g., a lawful subpoena, warrant or court order); to enforce or apply this Privacy Policy or our other policies or agreements; to initiate, render, bill, and collect for amounts owed to us; to protect our or our users' rights, property or safety; to protect our users from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful use of the Services; or if we believe that an emergency involving the danger of death or serious physical injury to any person requires or justifies disclosure of personal information.

Information about our customers, including personal information, may be disclosed as part of any merger, acquisition, debt financing, sale of company assets, as well as in the event of an insolvency, bankruptcy or receivership in which personal information could be transferred to third parties as one of OutCons LTD's business assets. In such an event, we will attempt to notify you before your personal information is transferred, but you may not have the right to opt out of any such transfer.

Use of Cookies

Our website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

You are responsible for safeguarding and preventing unauthorized access to the user information and password that you use to access our Services. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and you are responsible for any activity using your account, whether or not you authorized that activity. Please immediately notify OutCons LTD of any unauthorized use of your account.

OutCons LTD secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. In addition, OutCons LTD secures the personally identifiable information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Each of your contacts within Ayris will be prompted to agree to these terms upon their first content launch. If they deny, their account will be disabled until their agreement has been selected.

In the event you would like to export data please make sure you have legal rights to keep it and the ability to protect said data.

Ayris/OutCons LTD will not share any of this information, or any data collected pertaining to user information with any 3rd party companies or entities.

Ayris OutCons LTD uses total contacts and total courses to provide and allocate resources and ideal subscription offerings.

How do we protect your data?

The transmission of information via the Internet, email or text message is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your information transmitted through the Services or over email; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized use, access or modification.

When we collect financial account information, such as credit card numbers, we protect its transmission through the use of encryption such as the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.

Cancellation Process

This document provides you the steps to cancel the Ayris Renewal service for your subscription to prevent future automatic billing and renewal. You may need to follow these steps if you have got a new Ayris subscription and need to cancel the service on a previous purchase which you no longer use.

If you cancel the Automatic Renewal service on your current subscription, you must manually renew your subscription before it expires or risk losing your Ayris access.

Turn off Ayris Recurring Payment service:
  1. Sign In to Ayris.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings >> Change your account settings >> Click on Payments.
  3. Press the “Cancel Recurring Payments” button.


Cancellation of paid subscription gives you the right to use Ayris in its free version.

Account Deletion

  • Accounts providing e-mail capability, web server space, and other functions are created and maintained for active students and teachers at Ayris. If, at any time, Ayris records indicate that the holder of the account has not been active or enrolled in any of Ayris’ learning activities for a period exceeding two years, the account is subject to deactivation and subsequent scheduled deletion. A warning notice with a summary of the policy and contact instructions will be sent to the account holder 10 days prior to deactivation. Accounts will remain deactivated for 30 days prior to deletion. Users who are scheduled for account deactivation or deletion but believe they have received a deactivation notice in error should contact Ayris support at support@goayris.com or via the ticketing system established on the platform (Help and Support section, then press Contact Support, or through “Submit Account Deletion” form from users account settings) at their account prior to deactivation as instructed in the warning notice.
  • If, at any time, a client submits a request for account deletion, asking his request to be proceeded outside of the automatic account deletion scope, his request would be proceeded within 72 hours after receiving the notification. Recurring payments and subscriptions will be automatically deactivated, he will be taken out of current Programs, Courses, Exams, Surveys, Tasks and any other learning activities at Ayris. Client’s Learning History and all other data will be completely wiped out from our data servers and the user will be granted the right to be forgotten and no part of his/hers/its data or account will be available for restoration in future.


Account Deactivation/Blocking

  • Accounts providing e-mail capability, web server space, and other functions are created and maintained for active students and teachers at Ayris. If, at any time, Ayris records indicate that the holder of the account has not been active or enrolled in any of Ayris’ learning activities for a period exceeding two years, the account is subject to deactivation and subsequent scheduled account inactivation/blocking. A warning notice with a summary of the policy and contact instructions will be sent to the account holder 10 days prior to inactivation/blocking. Accounts will remain inactive/blocked for 30 days prior to inactivation/blocking. Users who are scheduled for account inactivation/blocking but believe they have received a inactivation/blocking notice in error should contact Ayris support at support@goayris.com or via the ticketing system established on the platform (Help and Support section, then press Contact Support or through “Submit Account Deletion” form from users account settings) at their account prior to inactivation/blocking as instructed in the warning notice.
  • If, at any time, a client submits a request for account inactivation/blocking, asking his/her request to be proceeded outside of the account inactivation/blocking scope, his/her request would be proceeded within 72 hours after receiving the notification. Recurring payments and subscriptions will be automatically deactivated/blocked, they will be taken out of current Programs, Courses, Exams, Surveys, Tasks and any other learning activities at Ayris. Client’s Learning History and all other data will still be stored on our data servers for up to 1 year and the user will be granted the right to restore their data upon account reactivation.

Data Collection

What Data Client Sees?

The client can only see their organizational (contacts/users) information and content. The organization is built by the lead administrators creating contacts/users. Contacts/users pertain to email addresses the client manually enters. Contacts/Users only pertain to these users and not any other user from an Ayris client.

  • Public means if an organizational contact shares the link with an outsider, they could open the content with a valid Ayris account.

    • Exam and Survey questions the organization chooses to create in Ayris


Users Activity Information Collected

This information is used by the client to identify users progress through learning assignments, programs and tasks.
*users pertain to contacts the client manually created. Users only pertain to these users and not any other user from an Ayris client.

  • User can choose to associate their social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Credit Card information for clients and their payment options
  • Course Launch counter: How many times a user has opened a specific course
  • Course Assignments: When and how many courses are assigned to a specific user
  • Course Overdue – Whether or not a user’s assignments are passed the due date the assigner associated
  • Asset Launch counter: How many times a user launches a specific asset
  • Exam Completion: Did the user pass the necessary parameters, yes or no (0-100% defined by organization admin). Actual percentage and answer selection is not kept
  • Survey results: Client can see the number of responses for each survey question. The user information is not kept, just total selections and date on which the user completed the survey.
  • Course Completion: The date on which the user completed all requirements of the course
  • SCORM Asset Completion: Did the user meet the SCORM Completion requirements, Yes or No. If yes, the date on which the user completed the asset.

Our Services are not directed to persons under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, he or she should contact us. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.
